摘要
在我国由制造大国转向制造强国的过程中,需要以高素质人才为支撑,而将以笃实专注、不懈创新、精益求精为核心的工匠精神融入至中等职业教育技术技能人才培养中,有助于为提高我国制造业的竞争力提供人才保证。通过分析中等职业教育中的工匠精神的社会价值、优势,总结工匠精神在培养中等职业教育技术技能人才中的意义,并针对中等职业教育技术技能人才培养需求,提出制度培养、文化培养、课程培养、实践培养中工匠精神的实现路径,以此为基础实现中等职业教育技术技能人才培养目标。
In the process of China’s transformation from a big manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country,it is necessary to take high-quality talents as support,and to integrate the craftsman spirit with the core of being practical,dedicated,unremitting innovation and striving for perfection into the technical and technical personnel training of secondary vocational education,which will help to provide talent guarantee for improving the competitiveness of China’s manufacturing industry.By analyzing the social value and advantages of craftsman spirit in secondary vocational education,this paper summarizes the significance of craftsman spirit in the training of technical talents in secondary vocational education,and puts forward the realization path of craftsman spirit in system training,culture training,course training and practice training according to the training demand of technical talents in secondary vocational education,so as to realize secondary vocational education on this basis Technical and technical personnel training objectives.
