摘要
随着国家和社会对应用型人才的重视,高职院校和技术型本科院校都加大了对学生专业技能的培养教育。文章通过对高本贯通应用型人才培养模式的资源驱动与需求驱动进行研究,旨在能够提出更为有效的人才贯通培养途径,提高职业教育和高等教育的融合性,使应用型人才的培养能够更好地满足社会发展的需求。
With the emphasis on applied talents in the country and society,higher vocational colleges and technical undergraduate colleges have increased the training of students’professional skills.The article studies the resource-driven and demand-driven research of the high-through application-oriented talent training model,aiming to propose more effective ways to train talents,improve the integration of vocational education and higher education,and enable the cultivation of applied talents.Better meet the needs of social development.
