摘要
目的:对"2+3"高职内科护理学中采用PCMC结合PBL模式展开教学,探析其教学质量变化。方法:调查对象为2017级"2+3"高职护理专业内科护理学教学中的护生122名,一班60人作为参照组,采用传统教学模式;二班为研究组62例,采用PCMC结合PBL模式教学,比较两组的教学质量。结果:内科护理学成绩中理论成绩占70%,实验成绩占30%,两组护生中研究组的理论成绩及实验成绩均高于参照组,P<0.05,具有临床可比较性。对于教学内容而言,从学习重点、学习自主能力以及创新能力、综合素质等方面进行评价后,研究组百分比显著优于参照组百分比,P<0.05,具有临床统计学价值。结论:于"2+3"高职内科护理学的教学中导入PCMC联合PBL教学模式,可以显著提升护生的专业理论知识,也能够进一步提高其实践操作能力,真正意义上实现了"教"与"学"双赢的目的。
Objective:To explore the change of teaching quality of"2+3"medical nursing in Higher Vocational Education by using PCMC combined with PBL mode.Methods:122 nursing students in 2017"2+3"higher vocational nursing major were investigated,60 students in the first class as the reference group,using traditional teaching mode;62 students in the second class as the research group,using PCMC combined with PBL mode teaching,comparing the teaching quality of the two groups.Results:the theoretical and experimental results of the two groups were 70%and 30%respectively,which were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).As for the teaching content,the percentage of the study group is significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05),which has clinical statistical value.Conclusion:the introduction of PCMC combined with PBL in the teaching of internal medicine nursing in"2+3"higher vocational education can significantly improve the professional theoretical knowledge of nursing students,and further improve their practical operation ability.In a real sense,the goal of"teaching"and"learning"win-win is realized.
