摘要
教学能力大赛是提升教师课程设计水平的重要途径,通过参加教学能力大赛,不仅仅可以激发教师的创新意识,还可以活跃教学氛围,减轻教师的职业倦怠心理。本文以2019河南省教学能力大赛参赛作品《魅力中国:热情之人迷人之地》为案例分析对象,从分享河南经贸职业学院外语旅游学院教师参赛经历出发,详细阐述教师教学能力大赛对高职英语类课程的变革性影响,对高职院校教学团队和个人的影响,并给出了2020年教学能力大赛的参赛建议,以进一步完善高职院校参加教学能力大赛的机制,进而逐步提升教师的教学水平。
Teaching ability competition is an important way to improve teachers’curriculum design level.By participating in teaching ability competition,not only can stimulate teachers’innovative consciousness,but also activate the teaching atmosphere and reduce teachers’job burnout.This article takes the 2019 Henan Teaching Ability Contest entry"Charming China:Enthusiastic People and Charming Place"as a case analysis object,starting from sharing the experience of teachers participating in the Foreign Language and Tourism College of Henan Vocational College of Economics and Trade,and elaborating on the teaching ability contest of teachers in the vocational English The transformative impact of this type of curriculum on the teaching team and individuals of higher vocational colleges,and gave suggestions for the entry of the 2020 Teaching Ability Contest,in order to further improve the mechanism of higher vocational colleges to participate in the teaching ability contest,and then gradually improve teachers Teaching level.
