摘要
贫困学生帮扶是教育扶贫的重要内容,也是国家脱贫攻坚、阻断贫困代际相传的重要途径。目前贫困学生资助工作取得良好成效的同时也显示出各种弊端,贫困学生理想信念和价值感低,综合素质和能力低,心理健康状况差等。这些会降低贫困学生社会适应能力和就业创业竞争力,使其陷入"贫困—脱贫—再贫困"的恶性循环之中。因此,要建立政府、社会、学校和家庭四个层面力量互为补充、相互支持、共同服务的共扶体系,坚持贫困学生扶智为基础、扶志为关键、扶心为根本,培养学生的大智慧,大志向和美好心灵,由"输血"变"造血",真正保证贫困学生家庭精准脱贫的持续效力。
Helping poor students is an important part of education to help the poor,and it is also an important way for the country to fight poverty and block the intergenerational transmission of poverty.At present,the poor students’ financial aid work has achieved good results,but also showed various disadvantages,poor students’ ideal belief and value sense is low,the comprehensive quality and ability are low,the mental health situation is poor.These will reduce the social adaptability of poor students and the competitiveness of employment and entrepreneurship,so that they fall into the "poverty-poverty-re-poverty" vicious circle.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a system of mutual support for the four levels of government,society,schools and families to complement each other,support each other and serve together,adhere to the foundation of poor students,support the spirit as the key,support the heart as the fundamental,cultivate students’ great wisdom,ambition and a better mind,from "blood transfusion" to "blood",and truly ensure the continued effectiveness of the families of poor students out of poverty.
