摘要
教学的亲和力,一直以来都是影响教学质量和师生关系的重要影响因素。教学亲和力的提升,从以前的只注重教师自身到现在注重教师和学生的良性健康的互动,不论其如何变化,它都是教学体系中的一个重要组成部分,必不可少。教学亲和力的内核是教师,教师在教学中如何更好地亲近学生、感染学生、从而构建融洽的师生关系,这是每个教师都要求必须学会并不断提高的能力。这种能力需要在教学实践中不断的学习和摸索。在我国,思想政治教学是最基本的教学科目之一,从小学到本科及以上,思想政治都是必须要学习的课程之一。由于其自身的理论性,思想政治课程很容易在教学过程中出现照本宣科、死板僵硬、严肃沉闷的现象。因此,良好的教学亲和力,是缓解在其教学中严肃、刻板的积极因素。特别对于高等职业教育来说,教学亲和力对其思想政治的积极影响更加尤为重要。本文试图探讨毛泽东思想的应用对高职思想政治教学亲和力的影响,我们应如何更加有效的运用毛泽东思想从而提高高职思想政治教学的亲和力,并试图给予高职思想政治教学提供一些观点和建议。
The affinity of teaching has always been an important factor affecting the quality of teaching and the relationship between teachers and students.The improvement of teaching affinity,from the former focus on teachers themselves to the present focus on the healthy interaction between teachers and students,no matter how it changes,it is an important component of the teaching system,essential.The core of teaching affinity is the teacher.How to get close to students,infect students and build harmonious teacher-student relationship is the ability that every teacher must learn and improve constantly.This kind of ability needs to study and fumble unceasingly in the teaching practice.In China,ideological and Political Education is one of the most basic teaching subjects,from primary school to undergraduate and above,ideological and political education is one of the courses must be studied.Due to its own theoretical nature,ideological and political courses are easy to appear in the teaching process,rigid,serious dull phenomenon.Therefore,good teaching affinity,is to ease the teaching in its serious,rigid and positive factors.Especially for the higher vocational education,the teaching affinity to its ideological and political positive impact is even more important.This paper attempts to explore the impact of the application of Maoism on the affinity of ideological and political teaching in higher vocational colleges,and how we can more effectively use Maoism to improve the affinity of ideological and political teaching in higher vocational colleges,and attempts to give the ideological and political education in higher vocational education to provide some views and suggestions.
