摘要
自动化分拣控制系统在社会的各行各业都有应用,本文主要在自动化分拣系统的基础上增加了机器视觉,根据一定的分拣要求,对一元、五角、一角的硬币进行分拣,以三菱PLC为控制中心,欧姆龙FZ-SC机器视觉为检测中心,设计一款基于欧姆龙FZ-SC视觉系统的硬币检测与分拣的设备。这款设备集合了PLC控制技术、气动技术,机器视觉技术和组态监控技术等,实现了对三种不同硬币的自动化检测与分拣。该设备有着自动化程度高,速度快,精度高,节省人力,容易操作等优点。
The design of coin detection and sorting system Based on Omron FZ-SC machine vision automatic sorting control system has been applied in all walks of life. This paper mainly adds machine vision on the basis of automatic sorting system. According to certain sorting requirements, the coins of one yuan, five jiao and one jiao are sorted, with Mitsubishi PLC as the control center and OMRON FZ-SC machine vision as the control center. Detection center, design a coin detection and sorting equipment Based on Omron FZ-SC vision system. This equipment integrates PLC control technology, pneumatic technology, machine vision technology and configuration monitoring technology, and realizes the automatic detection and sorting of three different coins. The equipment has the advantages of high automation, high speed, high precision, labor saving and easy operation.
