摘要
本文基于意义治疗的基本原理,结合青少年身心发展特点以及对案主的初始评估,提出七个意义生成的主要途径:生命中的重要他人、回顾以往的愉快事件、体验当下的满足与幸福感受、探索以往的兴趣爱好、讨论愿望与想做的事情、挖掘经受疾病磨难中自我的力量、重视榜样的力量。笔者以这七个干预方式为内容设计个案工作服务方案,帮助案主提升自身生命意义感。研究表明,案主的生命意义感量表分数有很大的提升,意义治疗个案服务有效。最后,笔者提出了针对住院青少年癌症患者的个案工作实务模式,强调对于骨肿瘤青少年患者而言,相较于回顾生命历程,他们更注重对当下生活的体验和对未来的向往。
Based on the basic principle of logo therapy,the characteristics of physical and mental development of adolescents and the initial assessment of the main body of the case,the author puts forward seven ways to seeking meaning of life:important people in life,reviewing pleasant events in the past,experiencing the satisfaction and happiness immediately,seeking previous hobbies,tapping the self strength in the suffering of the disease,paying attention to the power of example.Based on those seven ways,The author designed intervention plan to help the teenagers suffering from bone tumor.Studies have shown that the owners’meaning of life scores have greatly improved,the treatment of case is valid.Finally,the author puts forward a practical model of case work for cancer patients in hospitalized teenagers.The author emphasizes that for the teenagers suffering from bone tumors,they pay more attention to the experience of current life and the yearning of life rather than review the course of life.
