摘要
我国目前在轨通信卫星包括宽带通信卫星、窄带通信卫星、中继卫星以及移动通信卫星,覆盖我国国土和周边海域,具备一定的应用规模。各个通信卫星系统多为条块分割式体系,终端种类多样,业务接口种类繁多,各个网系的接口不同。不同的用户、不同的任务场景综合使用卫星资源时,缺少综合管控手段进行资源调配。针对现有卫星通信系统各自独立建设、运行效率低、能力各异、无法资源共享等问题,研究卫星通信网络智能管理关键技术,包括应用于卫星通信网络的智能管理系统架构、协议体系、高效综合接入技术、智能管理技术评估和综合分析技术以及快速组网技术等。
At present,China’s on-orbit communication satellites include broadband communication satellites,narrowband communication satellites,relay satellites and mobile communication satellites,which are used to provide coverage of national territory and surrounding sea areas and have a certain application scale.Most of the communication satellite systems are compartmentalized systems,with various types of terminals and various types of service interfaces,and the interfaces of each network system are different.When different users and different mission scenarios use satellite resources comprehensively,there is a lack of comprehensive management and control means to allocate resources.Aiming at the problems of existing satellite communication systems,such as independent construction,low operation efficiency,different capabilities and inability to share resources,this paper studies the key technologies of intelligent management of satellite communication networks,including intelligent management system architecture,protocol system,efficient integrated access technology,intelligent management technology evaluation and comprehensive analysis technology and rapid networking technology.
