摘要
城市轨道交通中压环网采用大分区接线形式,针对线路区间故障的后备保护以及中压母线保护存在的不足,提出一种大分区接线下的双光差及专用母差的新型保护技术方案,详细论述继电保护配置、原理和逻辑,分析方案在各种运行方式下的可靠性、选择性、速动性和灵敏性。基于微机保护装置先进技术和逻辑方案的可靠性,很好地解决线路区间故障后备保护及母线保护的问题,具有较好的推广应用价值。
To adopt big partition wiring in an urban rail transit medium-voltage ring network power supply system,there are limitations in the backup protection of the line interval faults and busbar protection in the medium voltage switch-gear of the substation.In this report,a new technology scheme for double fiber-differential and special busbar differential protection under big partition wiring is proposed according to the typical protection zone of the medium voltage ring network.The plan details the configuration,principle,and logic of relay protection.Finally,the reliability,selectivity,speed,and sensitivity of the scheme are analyzed for various operating modes.Based on the reliability of the advanced technology and logic scheme of the microcomputer protection device,this scheme addresses the condition of backup protection and busbar protection of the line interval and has good application value.
