双根并联高温超导方形线的电流分布研究 被引量:2

Study on current distribution of double parallel soldered-stacked-square HTS wires

摘要 高温超导方形线(Soldered-Stacked-Square HTS wire)作为新型二代高温超导带材,凭借优越的电磁及机械特性,在电力领域具有可期应用前景。为进一步提升线材的通流能力,通常会将多根超导方形线并联使用。而临界电流与电流分布是影响并联结构性能的重要因素,因此本文通过实验测量比较了双根超导方形线接触并联与非接触并联时的临界电流,并利用有限元仿真模型与Simulink仿真模型对并联结构临界电流进行计算,详细分析了方形线间的电流分布及其影响因素。结果表明,超导方形线并联使用时接头接触电阻会引起并联结构中电流分布不均匀,若方形线间直接接触则面间接触电阻会造成并联结构电压整体抬升,此时1μV/cm的失超判据不再适用,可通过超导-正常态转换判据来确定临界电流。 As a new type of the second-generation high temperature superconducting wire,Soldered-Stacked-Square(3 S)HTS wire has promising prospects for application in power systems due to its superior electromagnetic and mechanical characteristics.In order to further enhance the discharge current capability of the wire,several 3 S wires are usually used in parallel.Critical current and the distribution of current are important factors influencing the performance of parallels structure.Therefore,this paper measured and compared the critical currents of two 3 S wires in contact parallel and non-contact parallel connection,calculated the critical currents of two 3 S HTS wires in parallel by finite element simulation and Simulink simulation,and analyzed the current distribution between the 3 S wires and its influencing factors in detail.The results show that the contact resistance at the joints of 3 S HTS wire in parallel will cause serious uneven current distribution.If the 3 S wires are contacted directly,the surface contact resistance will cause the voltage of the parallel structure to rise in overall.At this time,the quench criterion of 1μV/cm is no longer applicable,and the critical current can be determined by the transition between the criterion of superconducting state and normal state.
