摘要 信噪比是影响空气耦合超声技术检测性能的重要因素。为将脉冲压缩技术引入空气耦合超声检测技术中以提高信噪比,借助虚拟仪器、信号采集与处理、传感器等技术开发了一套空气耦合超声检测系统。系统以LabVIEW程序前面板为用户界面,可实现超声发射信号产生、接收信号处理与扫查成像控制的功能。利用该系统进行了与专用商业设备(NCA1000)对比的换能器收发性能测试试验,有机玻璃试块声速测量试验及碳纤维增强复合材料缺陷成像试验,试验结果表明系统参数设置灵活,具有较高的精度并可实现空气耦合超声检测的声速测量与缺陷成像功能,具有较好的应用前景。 The signal-to-noise ratio is an important factor affecting the detection performance of air-coupled ultrasonic technique.In order to introduce pulse compression technique into the air-coupled ultrasonic testing technique to improve the signal-to-noise ratio,a set of air-coupled ultrasonic testing system was developed with the help of virtual instruments,signal acquisition and processing,sensors and other technologies.The system,which uses the front panel of the LabVIEW program as the user interface,can realize the functions of ultrasonic transmission signal generation,reception signal processing and scanning imaging control.The system was used to conduct the transducer transmission and reception performance comparison test with a special commercial equipment(NCA1000),conduct a sound speed measurement test of a Perspex specimen and an imaging test of the carbon fiber reinforced composite specimen with defect.The test results show that the system parameter setting is flexible,and the system has high accuracy and can realize sound velocity measurement and defect imaging function of air-coupled ultrasonic testing,thus has a good application prospect.
