This paper expounds the advantages of cable outgoing line,insulation resistance test and AC withstand voltage test of outgoing cable,discusses the installation and maintenance of cable,improves the safety and reliability of power supply,ensures the quality of power supply and reduces the maintenance intensity of substation.
