摘要
棒位系统用于控制棒在反应堆内位置的实时监测和显示,是反应堆安全运行的重要保证,若有超过25%的控制棒出现测量棒位异常,将导致反应堆状态改变,影响机组经济效益。针对福清核电3、4号机组国产棒位系统格莱码处理器卡件多次运行时出现故障,结合卡件的原理分析问题产生的原因,并制定相应的改进措施;经过在线仿真和验证,有效地解决了问题,提高了卡件的可靠性,保障了反应堆的稳定运行。
The rod position system is used for the real-time monitoring and display of the position of the control rods in the reactor,which is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the reactor.If more than 25%of the control rods are abnormal in the position of the measuring rods,it will lead to the state change of the reactor,affect the economic benefit of the unit.In the light of the faults that occurred during the operation of the Glam code processor cards of the home-made Rod Position System of Unit 3 and Unit 4 of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant,the causes of the problems are analyzed based on the principles of the cards,and the corresponding improvement measures are worked out.Online simulation and verification show that the problem is solved effectively,the reliability of the clamp is improved,and the stable operation of the reactor is guaranteed.
