摘要
介绍了第三代非能动先进压水堆AP1000控制棒驱动机构控制原理、控制棒失步现象及判断方法、控制棒在底部卡棒现象及原因,介绍了AP1000棒控系统特有的驱动机构抓紧探测(DMED)设计,并提出了解决控制棒底部卡棒方法。
This paper presents the principle of control rod drive mechanisms(CRDM)for the AP1000 project of the third generation advanced PWR,the reason of the control rod mis-step and how to judge,the reason of the control rod stuck in the full-in position,and presents the drive mechanism engagement detection(DMED)which is the special design of AP1000 digital rod control system(DRCS),and then provide the options to resolve the malfunction of the rod stuck in the full-in position.
