摘要
DCS现场控制机柜负责核电厂设备的正常运行和控制,对保障机组正常运行至关重要。以某核电机组非安全级/安全相关级(NC/NC+级)DCS机柜为实施对象,对控制电源、主控制器、主控背板、IO-BUS、通讯总线、以太网线、数据采集模块等主要硬件设备进行了完全的三维精细化仿真模拟。采用三维渲染技术、数据通讯技术及工艺仿真技术相结合的方式,最终建立的模型能够进行三维虚拟操作与故障触发,并能与仪控仿真模型及工艺仿真模型实时数据交互,实现动态操作与故障响应,还可用于DCS故障分析,为核电厂DCS运维人员提供技能培训的操作平台。
The DCS on-site control cabinet is responsible for the normal operation and control of nuclear power plant equipment,which is essential to ensure the normal operation of the unit.This article takes the DCS cabinet(NC/NC+level)of a nuclear power unit as the implementation object,and completes 3 D refined simulation of the main hardware equipments such as control power supply,main controller,main control backplane,IO-BUS,communication bus,Ethernet cable,and data acquisition module.This article uses the method of combining three-dimensional rendering technology,data communication technology and process simulation technology.The final model can be used for three-dimensional virtual operation and fault triggering,and can interact with the instrument control simulation model and process simulation model in real-time data to achieve dynamic operation and failure response,which also can be used for DCS failure analysis and provide an operation platform for skills training for DCS operation and maintenance personnel of nuclear power plants.
