摘要
某核电机组满功率运行期间手动停堆控制回路短时故障失电,触发反应堆控制保护系统A列所有停堆断路器全部断开,所有控制棒失电落入堆芯,导致反应堆非计划停堆。对此次事件中手动停堆控制回路的故障原因进行了分析介绍,并结合对比国内其他堆型核电机组手动停堆控制回路设计原理,分析说明了该核电机组手动停堆控制回路存在的设计缺陷,提出优化改进方案。
On a certain day, a short-term failure of the manual reactor trip loop during the full power operation of a nuclear power unit triggered the shutdown of all breakers of the reactor control and protection system, and all control rods falled into the core, resulting in reactor trip. This paper analyzes and introduces the failure of the manual reactor trip loop in this event, and analyzes the existing design of the manual reactor trip loop for the nuclear power plant for other domestic nuclear power plants. This paper proposes suggestions for improvement.
