摘要
压水堆核电站经常采用密度法硼酸浓度测量仪表,其内嵌的算法和修正系数在出厂时已固化。为了解决某核电站调试期间密度法硼酸浓度测量仪表精度低且示值漂移的问题,研究了仪表内嵌算法中修正系数的设置,探讨了仪表的使用场景局限性,根据工程实际建立了一种独立于仪表本体的硼酸浓度测量算法。经验证,在仪表本体内嵌算法失效的情况下,可以使用该算法在DCS系统中进行替代,从而保证仪表测量精度满足核电站技术规格书要求。
Density based boric acid concentration measurement instruments are often used in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants,and their embedded algorithms and correction coefficients have been solidified at the factory.In order to solve the problem of low accuracy and indication drift of density boric acid concentration measurement instruments during the debugging period of a certain nuclear power plant,this article studies the setting of correction coefficients in the embedded algorithm of the instrument,explores the limitations of the instrument's usage scenarios,and establishes a boric acid concentration measurement algorithm independent of the instrument body based on engineering practice.After verification,in the event of failure of the embedded algorithm in the instrument body,this algorithm can be used as a substitute in the DCS system to ensure that the instrument measurement accuracy meets the requirements of the nuclear power plant technical specifications.
