摘要
阻塞计是快堆测量钠中杂质的在线测量仪表,通过测量阻塞温度得到钠中的杂质情况。由于就地PLC的自动测量方式测量得到的阻塞温度和实际的阻塞温度偏差过大,本文基于ECS-700集散控制系统开发自动测量阻塞温度的算法和构建自动测量装置逻辑,试验结果表明,利用曲线的二阶导数的几何意义推导出的判定算法设计的阻塞计自动测量装置,其最终输出的阻塞温度与就地PLC手动标定测量的结果值基本一致,成功实现了阻塞温度自动测量的功能,提高了测量的准确性。本文的阻塞计自动测量算法对工程设计具有参考价值。
As an online measuring instrument for the measurement of impurities in sodium in fast reactor,the plugging meter can obtain the impurities in sodium by measuring the plugging temperature.Due to the large deviation between the plugging temperature measured by the automatic measurement method of local PLC and the actual plugging temperature,this paper develops an algorithm for the automatic measurement of the plugging temperature and constructs the logic of the automatic measurement device based on the ECS-700 distributed control system.The test results show that the final output of the automatic measurement device designed by using the decision algorithm derived from the geometric meaning of the second derivative of the curve is basically consistent with the result of the local PLC manual calibration measurement.The automatic measuring function of the plugging temperature is successfully realized and the accuracy of the measurement is improved.The automatic measurement algorithm of plugging meter in this paper has reference value for engineering design.
