摘要
目的探讨孕期营养干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2018年12月深圳市妇幼保健院经检查确诊为妊娠期糖尿病的50例患者为研究对象。根据给予的孕期常规干预和个体营养干预分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。比较两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、血脂检测值及血糖控制有效率。结果观察组干预后FBG、2hPG及血脂检测值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组干预后血糖控制有效率分别为72%(18/25)和96%(24/25),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.212,P<0.05)。结论孕期营养干预可有效降低妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖水平,提高血糖控制有效率,从而降低并发症发生率,保障孕期安全,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional intervention on blood glucose level in gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods From June 2018 to December 2018,50 cases of gestational diabetes diagnosed by Shenzhen maternal and child health care hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the routine intervention and individual nutrition intervention during pregnancy,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),blood lipid and blood glucose control efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of FBG,2 hPG and blood lipid in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of blood glucose control was 72%(18/25)in the control group and 96%(24/25)in the observation group after intervention,the difference was significant(χ~2=8.212,P<0.05).Conclusions Nutritional intervention during pregnancy can effectively reduce the blood glucose level of gestational diabetes mellitus patients,improve the efficiency of blood glucose control,so as to reduce the incidence of complications and ensure the safety of pregnancy,which is worthy of clinical application.
