摘要
目的观察硝普钠、多巴酚丁胺治疗冠心病(CHD)合并心力衰竭患者的价值。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月在济源市人民医院治疗的280例CHD合并心力衰竭患者,将其分为两组,每组140例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用硝普钠+多巴酚丁胺治疗。比较两组总有效率、左心室舒张末期内径、收缩末期内径、左心室射血分数及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.71%(127/140),对照组为74.29%(104/140),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者左心室舒张末期内径、收缩末期内径、左心室射血分数等指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对CHD合并心力衰竭患者联合使用硝普钠、多巴酚丁胺治疗可显著改善患者心功能,提高治疗效果,且安全性良好,具有推广价值。
Objective To observe the value of sodium nitroprusside and dobutamine in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)with heart failure.Methods A total of 280 patients with CHD and heart failure who were treated in Jiyuan People’s Hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled and divided into two groups,with 140 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with sodium nitroprusside plus dobutamine.The total effective rate,end diastolic diameter,end systolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 90.71%(127/140)in the observation group and 74.29%(104/140)in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of left ventricular end diastolic diameter,end systolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of sodium nitroprusside and dobutamine in patients with CHD complicated with heart failure can significantly improve the heart function,improve the therapeutic effect,and has good safety and promotion value.
