摘要
青蒿素及其衍生物作用机制的研究已取得了较大进展,发现其能通过调节多种信号通路、促进细胞凋亡和自噬、减少炎症介质产生以及抗血管生成等方式治疗纤维化。本文总结了青蒿素及其衍生物所展现出的巨大抗纤维化潜力及其作用机制,期望其未来能够在临床应用上取得重大进展。
Artemisinin and its derivatives has made great progress in the study of the mechanism.It has been found that artemisinin can treat fibrosis through various signaling pathways,promoting apoptosis and autophagy,regulating inflammatory mediators and anti-angiogenes.In this paper,we have summarized the great anti-fibrosis potential and its mechanism of artemisinin and its derivatives.We expect that it will make significant progress in clinical application in the future.
