摘要
分析了分布式光伏发电的发展趋势与政策,构建了公共建筑的分布式光伏发电项目的静态总收益、投资回收期、财务净现值、内部收益率等一系列经济参数。以唐山市某公共建筑为例,分析了唐山公共建筑的光伏发电项目投资的经济价值。经过计算分析得出:"自发自用"最有经济价值,"自发自用,余量上网"适用于以自用为主、少量富裕电量上网的公共建筑光伏发电项目,"全部上网"模式经济价值最差;如不考虑补贴政策,"自发自用,余量上网"和"全部上网"模式经济价值下降较多,"全部上网"模式模式投资经济价值最小,但仍有一定的投资价值。
The development trend of distributed photovoltaic and policy is analyzed,establishing the static total revenue,payback period of investment,financial net present value,internal rate of return,and a series of economic parameters for distributed roof photovoltaic power generation project on public building.A public building in Tangshan is analyzed as an example on investment economic value of photovoltaic power generation project.The calculation and analysis shows that the model with the most economic value is"self-generating for private use";the model"self-generating for private use,surplus delivered to the grid"is suitable to the photovoltaic power generation project of public building;the model with the worst economic value is"generating for the grid".If the subsidy policy is not taken into account,the economic value of models of"self-generating for private use,the surplus delivered to the grid"and"generating for the grid"decreases a lot.The economic value of the model of"generating for the grid"is the least,but it still has a certain investment value.
