摘要
通过对我国北方寒冷地区医院能耗调研,发现大型公立医院建筑比一般公共建筑能耗高,既有建筑设计层面的原因,同时也有系统运行管理层面的原因,而且还存在方案选择及决策层面的原因。研究得出,建设初期加强工程前期能源设备方案比选论证,设计单位认真进行专业设计,同时在工程建设过程中规范建设程序流程、竣工投入使用后加强运行管理是破解此顽疾的根本途径,对参与建设的所有相关人员实行终身责任制是确保工程质量的有效办法。
Through the investigation of hospital energy consumption in the cold regions of northern China,it is found that the large public hospital buildings have higher energy consumption than the general public buildings,caused by the architectural design,the system operation and management,as well as the program selection and de c is ion-making level.The study concluded that,the energy equipment plan strengthened for the early stage of the project,carefully professional design of the team,standardizing the construction process,and strengthening the operation management after the completion of the project are fundamental way to countermeasure the above issue of higher energy in large public hospital buildings.The implementation of a lifelong responsibility system for all relevant personnel in the construction is an effective way to ensure the quality of the project.
