摘要
绿色建筑设计的品质很大程度上取决于前期的分析与决策,提高绿建分析模拟的可靠度和准确度将有助于提高绿色建筑设计的品质。将BIM各阶段模型与绿建模拟分析结合可以为绿建设计提供更可靠的模拟分析结果,从而提高设计的准确性。以会宁河畔小学的绿色建筑设计方案实践为例,通过归纳BIM模型与模拟软件数据互导时的条件与要求,构建BIM技术与绿建模拟、分析、设计相融合的可操作模式,以期对BIM与绿色建筑设计的结合应用方式研究有所裨益。
The quality of green building design depends largely on the analysis and decision-making in the early stage.If the reliability and accuracy of green building analysis and simulation are improved,it will help to enhance the quality of green building design.Grafting BIM model with green model simulation analysis can provide more reliable simulation analysis results for green construction design,thus improve the accuracy of design.Taking a primary school in Gansu Province as an example,the conditions and requirements of data interchange are summarized between BIM model and simulation software,and the operational mode is constructed for integrating BIM technology with green modeling simulation,analysis and design,with a view to benefit the research on the combination of BIM and green building design.
