摘要
风环境的品质对人们的生活有着极大影响。鉴于大部分对住宅小区风环境的研究只注重风速和风压,提出以静风率为风环境的评价指标,基于计算流体力学软件AirPak,模拟温和地区中等容积率(容积率2.0~3.0)的住宅小区在主导风向下的风环境,比较中等容积率常见组合布局模式的住宅小区内部行人高度处(1.5 m高度处)的风速和静风区分布,对比分析不同布局模式室外风环境的优劣,得出了中等容积率(2.0~3.0)的住宅小区基于良好的室外风环境建议采用的布局方法,对中等容积率住宅小区在规划布局过程中常见的风环境问题提出相应的改进措施。
The quality of wind environment has great influence on people’s life.In view of the fact that most of the research on the wind environment of residential district only focus on wind velocity and wind pressure,the static wind rate is proposed as the evaluation index of wind environment.Based on the computational fluid dynamics software-AirPak,the wind environment of the residential district with medium plot ratio(2.0~3.0)in temperate climates areas under the dominant wind direction is simulated,through the comparison of the distribution of wind velocity and static wind area at the pedestrian height(1.5 m height)of several common layout modes of the residential district with medium plot ratio,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of outdoor wind environments in different layout modes.The proposed layout modes for the residential district with medium plot ratio(2.0~3.0)based on the optimization of outdoor wind environment is obtained,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed to solve the common wind environment problems in the planning process of the residential district with medium plot ratio.
