摘要
中亚阿姆河水资源的利用及水资源问题是影响中亚国家关系的重要因素,处理好中亚阿姆河流域水资源利用和管理机制问题,不仅有利于流域国家经济的稳定发展,而且有利于推进"一带一路"倡议的实施,促进中国和阿姆河流域国家的共同发展。本文对阿姆河水资源利用及存在的问题进行了阐述,探讨了阿姆河流域水资源管理机制的现状和不足,提出合理高效利用水资源,实现流域一体化管理,完善阿姆河流域水资源管理机制。
The reasonable utilization of water resources in the Amu Darya Basin of central Asia is an important factor affecting the relationships among the central Asian countries.The sound mechanism to solve the potential issue of water resources utilization will be influential not only to the stable economic development of Amu Darya Basin countries,but also to the implementation of the Belt and Road initiative,which benefits the development of both China and the Amu Darya Basin countries.This article aimed to illustrate the utilization issues of water resources in the Amu Darya Basin,proposing the recommendations for the reasonable use of water resources,integrating the river basin management and improving water resources management of the Amu Darya Basin.
