摘要
随着国内火电机组超低排放的改造要求,更大容量参数的轴流式引风机不断被引入火电机组当中,由于风机制造厂所设计的机型未经过高参数、高容量现场工况的检验,且风洞试验时间不足,导致所投用的引风机不断暴露出设计制造缺陷,无法满足现场使用要求。本文以某电厂引风机导叶失效的故障为案例,从宏观结构检查、金相分析、化学成分检测等方面进行全面分析论证,并制定了一种可行的有效的治理措施。
With the ultra-low emission transformation of domestic thermal power units,axial flow induced draft fans with larger capacity parameters have been continuously introduced into thermal power units.Due to the insufficient time of wind tunnel test results in the design and manufacture defects of induced draft fan,which cannot meet on-site usage needs.Taking the failure case of the guide vane of an induced draft fan in a power plant as an example,this paper made a comprehensive analysis and demonstration from the aspects of macroscopic structure inspection,metallographic analysis,chemical composition inspection,etc.,a feasible and effective control measure has been worked out.
