摘要
目前在炼油工业中,加氢裂化技术的应用发挥着重要作用,这一技术具有独特的优势,是其他炼油技术所无法替代的。加氢裂化技术应用的前提条件比较严格,需要满足高温高压、临氢等要求,除此之外,由于石油中包含硫、金属等杂质,所以该技术所用到的装置在所难免会出现腐蚀等问题。一旦装置发生腐蚀问题,除了会给装置自身的使用年限带来不利影响之外,生产安全也难以得到保障。由于上述情况的存在,文章重点针对加氢裂化技术所使用的装置中产生的腐蚀问题以及应对措施做了简要分析。
At present,the application of hydrocracking technology plays an important role in the oil refining industry,which has unique advantages and cannot be replaced by other oil refining technologies.The precondition of hydrocracking technology application is relatively strict,which needs to meet the requirements of high temperature,high pressure and hydrogen.In addition,because the oil contains sulfur,metal and other impurities,the equipment used in the technology will inevitably have corrosion and other problems.Once the corrosion of the device occurs,in addition to the adverse impact on the service life of the device itself,the production safety is difficult to be guaranteed.Because of the above situation,this article focuses on the corrosion problems and counter measures in the hydrocracking unit.
