酸预活化对负载膨润土吸附磷酸盐的影响及响应优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探究羟基铝负载膨润土对磷酸盐的吸附特性及酸预活化对负载膨润土吸附性能的影响,文章用吸附等温模型和动力学方程拟合Al13-Bent、H+-Al13-Bent对磷酸盐的吸附过程,并通过响应曲面法的Box-Behnken原理设计实验,分析pH、反应温度、初始浓度之间的交互作用及对磷酸盐吸附量的影响。响应面结果表明,回归模型决定系数R2为0.9898,P<0.0001,回归模型显著;3个影响因子皆显著影响Al13-Bent对磷酸盐吸附(P<0.0001);模型最佳吸附条件下,磷酸盐吸附量实测值为21.18 mg/g,与预测值20.54 mg/g相对偏差仅为1.56%,回归模型能够较好地预测实际值。Al13-Bent、H+-Al13-Bent对磷酸盐的吸附均符合Sips等温模型和伪二级动力学、Elovich动力学方程,结果表明,酸预活化并不能显著增强Al13-Bent对磷酸盐的吸附能力,但可提高其初始吸附速率,化学吸附为吸附的主要限速步骤,研究成果可为实际应用提供参考。 In order to explore the adsorption characteristics of hydroxy aluminum supported bentonite for phosphate and the effect of acid pre-activation on the adsorption of phosphate,the adsorption process of Al13-Bent,H+-Al13-Bent was fitted with adsorption isotherm model and kinetic equation,and the interaction among pH,reaction temperature and initial concentration as well as the influence on phosphate adsorption capacity were analyzed by Box-Behnken principle design experiment of response surface method(RSM).The results of RSM showed that the coefficient R2 of regression model was 0.9898,P<0.0001,the regression model was significant;all three factors could significantly affect the adsorption of Al13-Bent on phosphate(P<0.0001).Under the simulated optimal adsorption conditions,the measured value of phosphate adsorption is 21.18 mg/g,and the relative deviation from the predicted value of 20.54 mg/g is only 1.56%.The regression model can predict the actual value well.The adsorption of phosphate by Al13-Bent,H+-Al13-Bent conforms to the Sips isothermal model and pseudo-second-order kinetics and Elovich kinetic equations.The results show that acid pre-activation cannot significantly enhance the adsorption capacity of Al13-Bent to phosphate.However,the initial adsorption rate can be increased,and chemical adsorption is the main rate-limiting step of adsorption,the research results can provide a reference for practical application.
