摘要
离心风机是制药、冷库、化工和机电等行业进行通风、排尘和冷却的必备设备之一。其工作时的噪声主要来自气动噪声、机械噪声以及风机运转时振动引起的固体声,5台风机同时运行的噪声一般可达70 dB(A)左右的声级,成为影响周围环境的污染源。该文针对湖北中医药大学药学院研发中心实验室B115的5台离心风机产生的噪声,运用SoundPLAN建立声环境模型,进行噪声预测及评估。通过在风机四周加吸隔声屏障板,在风管拐弯处设置消声片,以及加粗风管管道等措施进行噪声治理。采用SoundPLAN软件模拟对噪声控制效果进行精准预测,结果表示综合3种降噪方案,实验室中风机的噪声可达到Ⅰ类排放标准,即将昼间噪声控制在55 dB(A)以下,有效降低了风机噪声对周围环境的影响,使其噪声排放值符合环保标准。
Centrifugal fans are one of the must-have equipment for ventilation,dust removal and cooling in the pharmaceutical,cold storage,chemical and electromechanical industries.The noise during its operation mainly comes from the aerodynamic noise,mechanical noise and the solid sound caused by the vibration of the fan.The noise of the five fans running at the same time can reach the sound level of about 70 dB(A),which becomes the pollution source that affects the surrounding environment.This report is aimed at the noise generated by the five centrifugal fans of the B115 of the R&D Center Laboratory of the College of Pharmacy of Hubei University of Chinese Medicine.SoundPLAN is used to establish the acoustic environment model for noise prediction and evaluation.Through adding sound-absorbing barrier plates around the fan,setting silencing slices at the bend of the air duct and thickening air duct,noise control is carried out.Finally,the SoundPLAN software simulation is used to accurately predict the noise control effect.The result shows that combining three noise reduction schemes,the noise of the fans in the laboratory can reach the Class 1 emission standard.Controlling the daytime noise below 55 dB(A)effectively reduces the impact of fan noise on the surrounding environment,so that its noise emission value complies with environmental regulations.
