摘要
目前关于退役工业场地保留建构筑物表面污染物的风险评估和筛选值研究还鲜见报道,该研究选择某关闭搬迁钢铁厂,在保留车间内墙壁、地坪采集表面环境样品,参考美国模型对表面重金属进行人体健康风险评估,结果表明镉和砷的致癌风险远超可接受致癌风险水平10^(-6),砷的非致癌危害熵超可接受水平,具有较大的健康风险,将推算出的建筑物表面重金属筛选值与美国陆军健康促进和预防医学中心的表面污染物筛选值和GB 36600-2018的土壤筛选值进行比对,为便于环境管理,建议建筑物表面重金属筛选值采用质量浓度单位,对于第二类用地,建议表面重金属的筛选值为镉66 mg/kg、钴13.15 mg/kg、铜6067 mg/kg、镍455 mg/kg、汞61 mg/kg、砷60 mg/kg和锌10000 mg/kg。
In recent years,extensive studies have been conduced on the health risk assessment of soil and groundwater contamination for construction in China,however,there is few report on derivation of health risk-based surface screening levels of contaminants for the buildings and manufacturing equipment retained.This study selected a closed steel plant.Samples were collected from the walls and floor of the steel plant.Refer to American standards and models to evaluate the human health risks of heavy metals on the surface of its workshops.The results showsd that carcinogenic risk of Cadmium and Arsenic far exceeds the acceptable carcinogenic risk value of 10^(-6),which has a greater health risk.Based on the above,the screening levels of heavy metal pollutants for the building surface were derived and compared with the soil screening levels of GB 36600-2018 and the surface screening levels of USA CHPPM.Finally,we proposed a recommended surface screening vaules of heavy metal for the buildings retained for ClassⅡland:cadmium 66 mg/kg、cobalt 13.15 mg/kg、copper 6067 mg/kg、nickel 455 mg/kg、mercury 61 mg/kg、arsenic 60 mg/kg and zinc 10000 mg/kg.
