摘要
为探索制备粉煤灰改性硅藻土的优化条件,该文在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法的Box-Behnken设计对硅藻土与粉煤灰的质量比、煅烧时间、煅烧温度及其交互作用对粉煤灰改性硅藻土制备的影响进行研究,并对其进行SEM、BET、FTIR、XRD表征分析且对优化条件下制备的粉煤灰改性硅藻土除磷效果进行了测试。试验结果表明,煅烧温度对总磷的去除影响最大,其次是硅藻土与粉煤灰的质量配比和煅烧时间,且硅藻土与粉煤灰的质量配比与煅烧时间对总磷的去除均存在显著交互影响。最佳制备条件为:硅藻土与粉煤灰的质量比为1∶1,煅烧温度800℃下,煅烧时间90 min,在此条件下制备的粉煤灰改性硅藻土,对总磷的去除率达到73.10%。
In order to explore the best conditions for the preparation of fly ash modified diatomite,based on the single factor test,the response surface Box-Behnken design was used to investigate the ratio of raw materials,calcination time,calcination temperature and their interaction on fly ash.The influence of the preparation of ash-modified diatomite,and the fly ashmodified diatomite prepared under optimized conditions were verified.The research results show that the calcination temperature has the greatest influence on the removal of total phosphorus,followed by the ratio of raw materials and the calcination time,and both the ratio of raw materials and the calcination time have significant interactive effects on the removal of total phosphorus.The best preparation conditions are:the raw material ratio is 50%,the calcination temperature is 800℃,and the calcination time is 90 minutes.The fly ash modified diatomaceous earth prepared under these conditions can remove 73.10%of total phosphorus.
