摘要
为研究含盐有机废水的处理工艺和效率,文章以蔬菜腌制废水为处理对象,用沙滤过滤并富集废水中的悬浮物,用混凝法处理滤后富集液,采用正交实验设计,研究了混凝剂种类、混凝剂投加量、混凝条件对混凝处理效果的影响。研究发现沙滤预处理对其浊度去除率达到25%,对总磷的去除率达到29.25%;正交混凝实验发现,浊度和总磷的去除率最高达94.49%、95.76%,对于电导率的去除率最高只有18.91%,对硝氮的去除率最高只有11.49%,对COD有一定的去除效果,最高为19.56%。综上分析:混凝处理对不溶性成分处理效果较好,而对离子、可溶性物质等相关的指标处理效果较差;直观分析和方差分析发现不同因素对不同指标实验结果的主次影响和交互作用多样、多变,且交互作用对实验影响较大;优方案分析得出,当p H为10,投加24 mL浓度为10μg/L PAM处理此废水时,处理效果最佳。
In order to study the treatment technology and efficiency of organic wastewater containing salt,this paper takes the wastewater from vegetable pickling as the treatment object.By filtering and enriching the suspended solids in the waste water and using the coagulation method to treat the filtrate enrichment fluid,the orthogonal experimental design was adopted.To researching the types of coagulants,dosing amount of coagulant,the coagulation conditions affect coagulation treatment effect.According to our research,we found that the turbidity and total phosphorus removal rate of sand filtration pretreatment reached 25%and 29.25%respectively;Orthogonal coagulation experiment showed that turbidity and total phosphorus removal rate reached 94.49%and 95.76%,the removal rate of electrical conductivity was only 18.91%,the removal rate of nitrate nitrogen was only 11.49%,and the removal effect of COD was 19.56%.It is concluded that coagulation has good effect on insoluble constituents,and it has poor effect on the related indexes such as ions and soluble substances.Intuitive analysis and variance analysis found that the primary and secondary effects and interactions of different factors on the experimental results of different indicators were diverse and changeable,and the interaction had a great influence on the experiment.Finally,it was concluded that when p H was 10,10μg/L PAM was used as coagulant,and the dosage was 24 mL,and the comprehensive treatment effect was better.
