摘要
信息化空战中,传统的单机作战模式已不再适用,取而代之的是多机种编队协同作战。云协同已成为未来空战的关键词。云探测能力作为云协同作战中的重要指标而备受关注,但针对云探测的作战效能评估方法却寥寥无几。文中针对上述问题,阐述了云探测的重要性,使用德尔菲咨询法构建了云探测的能力指标,首次引用层次分析法对云探测的作战效能进行了相对客观的系统评估,并进行试验分析,实现云探测的作战效能评估方法,为云探测的作战效能评估提供科学依据。
In the information-based air war,the traditional single-aircraft combat mode is no longer applicable,but the multi-aircraft formation coordinated bombat.Cloud collaboration has become the key word of future air combat.Cloud detection capability as an import index in cloud cooperative operation has attracted much attention.However,there are few researches on operational effectiveness evaluation methods for cloud diction.The paper expounds the importance of cloud detection,and constructs cloud detection capability indexes by Delphi consulting method.For the first time,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was introduced to evaluate the operational effectiveness of cloud detection,and the experimental analysis was carried out.It provides scientific basis for the cloud diction operational effectiveness evaluation.
