无人机自馈能刹车系统设计

摘要 近年来,一种飞机自馈能刹车系统被提出,将模块化的自馈能刹车装置安装在机轮附近,回收机轮着陆时的旋转动能,并将其转换成液压能,用于刹车作动。为了提高无人机刹车系统的可靠性和安全性,提出了一种利用齿轮组进行取能的专用取能机构,设计了自馈能刹车系统的紧凑型专用取能机构,研制了高可靠、高集成化的自馈能刹车系统样机,完成了环境试验、惯性台试验、装机滑行试验,实现了自馈能刹车,大大提高了飞机刹车系统的可靠性、维护性和保障性。 The entire system has a large number of components,complex layout,and high pipeline leakage failure rate,which limits the improvement of reliability and maintainability of the aircraft braking system.In recent years,a self-powered brake system for aircraft has been proposed.The modular"self-powered brake device"is installed near the wheel to recover the rotational energy of the wheel when landing,and convert it into hydraulic energy for brake action.In order to improve the reliability and safety of the UAV brake system,a dedicated energy harvesting mechanism using gear sets was proposed.A compact dedicated energy harvesting mechanism for the self-powered brake system was designed,and a highly reliable and integrated prototype of the self-powered brake system was developed.Environmental tests,inertial platform tests,and installation sliding tests were completed,achieving self-powered brake and greatly improving the reliability,maintainability and supportability of braking system.
