外固定联合自拟秦艽三七散外敷治疗老年性桡骨远端骨折的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of External Fixation Combined with Self-Designed Qinjiao Sanqi Powder External Application in the Treatment of Elderly Distal Radius Fractures

摘要目的观察外固定联合自拟秦艽三七散外敷治疗老年性桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法选取我院2022年5月—2023年10月收治的47例老年性桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,按照是否使用自拟秦艽三七散外敷治疗将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组(n=23)采用外固定治疗,观察组(n=24)采用外固定联合自拟秦艽三七散外敷治疗。对比两组的骨折愈合时间、疼痛程度、腕关节活动度、腕功能优良率。结果治疗后,观察组骨折愈合时间短于对照组,疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,各项腕关节活动度均大于对照组,腕功能优良率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外固定联合自拟秦艽三七散外敷治疗老年性桡骨远端骨折的疗效确切,值得推广。 Objective Observation of the therapeutic effect of external fixation combined with self-designed Qinjiao Sanqi powder external application in the treatment of elderly distal radius fractures.Methods A total of 47 elderly patients with distal radius fractures admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an observation group based on whether they have used the self-designed Qinjiao Sanqi powder external application treatment.The control group(n=23)was treated with external fixation,while the observation group(n=24)was treated with external fixation combined with self-designed Qinjiao Sanqi powder external application.Comparison of fracture healing time,pain degree,wrist range of motion,and excellent wrist function between two groups.Results After treatment,the fracture healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the pain Visual Analogue Scale score was lower than that in the control group,and all wrist joint mobility was greater than that in the control group,the excellent and good rate of wrist function was higher than that in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The external fixation combined with self-designed Qinjiao Sanqi powder external application in the treatment of elderly distal radius fractures has a definite therapeutic effect and is worthy of promotion.
