三向加载下粒径级配对矸石压缩特性的影响 被引量:9

Effect of particle size on the compression characteristics of gangue under three-way loading

摘要 为研究粒径级配对矸石充填材料压缩性能的影响,优化充填开采的工程效果,利用自主研制的矸石三向加载系统,对16种不同粒径级配矸石充填材料进行三向加载试验,分析不同围压条件下各粒径级配矸石轴向压缩变形特征,揭示粒径级配对三向加载下矸石充填材料变形特性的影响规律.研究结果表明,不同级配矸石三向加载压缩曲线均可较好的拟合为二次函数,且各拟合参数均可由含围压的一次函数描述,三向加载条件下矸石抵抗变形能力从大到小依次为连续级配矸石、不连续级配矸石、单粒径级配矸石,单粒径级配矸石中0~10 mm粒径,不连续级配矸石中细料含量40%和连续级配矸石中实验指数0.5的矸石压缩性能较良好. In order to study the influence of particle size gradation on the compression properties of gangue filling material and optimize the engineering effect of filling mining,the 3D loading test of 16 kinds of particle size gradation gangue filling material was carried out by using the self-made gangue 3D loading system to analyze the axial compression deformation characteristics of gangue in each particle size gradation under different confining pressure conditions,and reveal the influence of particle size gradation on the deformation characteristics of gangue under 3D loading.The results of study show that the 3D loading compression curves of gangue with different particle size gradation can be well fitted to quadratic functions,and each fitting parameters can be described by a linear function containing confining pressure.The resistance capacity to deformation of the gangue under 3D loading conditions from large to small is:continuous gradation gangue,discontinuous gradation gangue,and single particle size gradation gangue.The compressive properties of 0~10 mm particle size in single particle size gradation gangue and 40%fine content in discontinuous gradation gangue and the test index of 0.5 in continuous gradation gangue is better.
