摘要
为验证辊压机压下系统新型方案的可行性,建立主、从动辊垂直振动系统非线性动力学模型,并对主、从动辊垂直振动系统非线性动力学方程进行建立及求解.运用Matlab软件对主、从动辊垂直振动动力学模型进行幅频特性仿真分析.研究结果表明:在主共振的情况下,刚度系数与阻尼系数的改变并不会影响主、从动辊垂直振动系统幅频特性曲线的整体变化趋势;在超谐波共振的情况下,刚度系数与阻尼系数对主、从动辊垂直振动系统幅频特性曲线变化规律的影响与主共振的情况大致相同.研究结论为新型辊压机压下系统进行动力学特性分析及疲劳分析提供理论依据.
In order to verify the feasibility of the new scheme of the roller press reduction system,this paper establishes the non-linear dynamic model of the vertical vibration system of the main and driven rollers,and establishes and solves the non-linear dynamic equations of the vertical vibration system of the main and driven rollers.Use Matlab software to simulate and analyze the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the vertical vibration dynamic model of the main and driven rolls.The research results show that in the case of main resonance,the stiffness coefficient and damping coefficient.The change will not affect the overall change trend of the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve of the vertical vibration system of the main and driven rollers;in the case of super-harmonic resonance,the stiffness coefficient and damping coefficient have an effect on the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve of the vertical vibration system of the main and driven rollers.The influence of the law of change is roughly the same as that of the main resonance.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the dynamic characteristic analysis and fatigue analysis of the new scheme of the roller press reduction system.
