摘要
为探索黔西地区煤层气有利层段优选及分层压裂合层排采工艺,促进煤层气勘探开发工作,依据煤层气地质、工程资料,通过杨煤参1井与邻井的压裂排采分析,确定该地区煤层气有利层段的优选原则及精细化排采制度.研究结果表明:5^(-2)煤、7煤、13^(-1)煤、13^(-2)煤储层压力系数相近,为黔西地区煤层气合层开采的有利煤层.将杨煤参1井煤层气井合层排采制度优化为排水降压、临界解吸、憋压产气、放套压提产、控压稳产5个阶段,总结相应精细化排采方法.研究结果可为黔西地区多薄煤层气开发提供借鉴.
In order to select the optimal intervals for CBM development,explore the separate layer hydraulic fracturing and multi layered production technology,and promote the exploration and development of CBM in western Guizhou,the hydraulic fracturing and production results of well YMC-1 and the nearby wells are analyzed based on the geological and operation data.The principles to select the optimal formation intervals and drainage production program are determined.The study results show that the 5^(-2#),7^(#),13^(-1#),and 13^(-2#)coal seams are the favorable intervals for CBM production.The above multiple coal seams of the favorable intervals can be developed together because of the similar formation pressure.According to the drainage production of well YMC-1,the program can be divided into 5 stages–water drainage to decrease pressure,critical desorption,pressure holding while gas production,production increase by releasing casing pressure,downhole pressure control for stable gas production.And the detailed controlling methods for the 5 stages are summarized.The results of this paper can provide reference for the CBM production of multiple and thin coal seams in western Guizhou.
