应用实测资料的桥址区设计风速推算方法改进

摘要 为克服直接采用有限观测数据计算统计参数而获得理论频率曲线(极值-Ⅰ型或Pearson-Ⅲ型)推算桥址区设计风速的不足,提出一种改进的分析方法,由实测资料计算经验频率点群,通过调整统计参数值,采用适线法拟合理论频率曲线,提出频率分布曲线的适线准则,用模拟退火算法得出最终的理论频率分布曲线进而推算设计风速.研究结果表明:采用适线法优化统计参数能使理论频率曲线与经验频率点群拟合得更好;给出的两种适线准则(离差平方和最小准则和离差绝对值和最小准则)都能很好地用于优化统计参数;采用模拟退火算法能使目标函数快速收敛,减小计算量. In order to overcome the drawback of the method which directly calculate the design wind speed of the bridge site based on the theoretical frequency curve(extreme value-Ⅰor Pearson-Ⅲ)by calculating the statistical parameters from limited observation data,a new analysis method is proposed to improve the accuracy of wind speed estimation;that is,adjusting the statistical parameter values based on empirical frequencies which are calculated by measured data,the curve-fitting method is used to fit theoretical frequency curve,and propose the curve-fitting criteria of frequency distribution curves.The final theoretical frequency distribution curve is obtained by simulated annealing algorithm to estimate the design wind speed.The results of study show that curve-fitting method is used to make theoretical frequency curve more accordant with experience frequency points;two fitting criteria(the minimum criterion of sum of squared deviations and the minimum criterion of sum of absolute deviations)can both be used to optimize statistical parameters;simulated annealing algorithm can make the objective function converge quickly and reduce the amount of calculation.
