基于泥砂介质的浆液裂隙渗流与孔隙渗透机理 被引量:5

摘要 为研究低渗透岩土介质的浆液裂隙渗流和孔隙渗透力学机理,以泥砂为研究对象,基于高压密封注浆试验系统设计注浆实验,根据格里菲斯强度理论推导了渗流通道形成准则,运用流体力学推导分析了面形渗流通道中浆液渗流压力变化和浆液渗透扩散半径公式。研究结果表明:浆液扩散包括渗流通道形成和渗流通道周围孔隙渗透两个过程。孔隙渗透是“初始渗入-开始絮凝-絮凝层局部破坏”等循环往复的过程。单相面形渗透扩散半径与浆液渗透率、注浆时间、注浆压力成正比,与被注介质孔隙率和浆液黏度成反比。研究结论为中煤平朔井工一矿综采工作面过陷落柱工程提供理论依据。 In order to theoretically study the mechanical mechanisms of grout fissure seepage and pore permeability in low-permeability rock and soil media,a grouting experiment was designed based on a high-pressure sealing grouting test system using mud and sand as the research object.The diffusion process and mechanical mechanism of the grout were studied using theoretical analysis method,and the formation criteria of the seepage channel were derived based on the Griffith strength theory.The formula of slurry seepage pressure change and slurry seepage diffusion radius in the surface seepage channel is deduced and analyzed by using fluid mechanics.The research results indicate that slurry diffusion includes two processes:the formation of seepage channels and the infiltration of pores around the seepage channels.The essence of pore infiltration is a cyclic process of initial infiltration,initial flocculation,and local destruction of the flocculation layer.The single-phase surface seepage diffusion radius is directly proportional to the slurry permeability,grouting time and grouting pressure,and inversely proportional to the porosity of the injected medium and the slurry viscosity.The research conclusion provides a theoretical basis for the engineering of the fully mechanized mining face passing the collapse column in middling coal Pingshuo No.1 Mine.
