摘要 为了提高国产半自动转杯纺纱机转杯速度,结合立达R35型纺纱器及JWF1618型主机制造技术,分析高速纺纱器驱动机构工作原理,设计新纺纱器结构并建立三维模型,利用Creo Parametric软件进行干涉检查及机构运动仿真分析,验证结构设计方案的合理性。指出:创新性设计的高速半自动转杯纺纱机用纺纱器,将立达R35型纺纱器及JWF1618型主机融合,有效缩短设计流程,节约设计时间,降低试制成本;新型纺纱器结构采用双滚盘间接轴承传动、电机单独驱动,转杯速度可达150 kr/min,为实现半自动转杯纺纱机在低速下接头、高速下纺纱提供核心部件设计方案和技术支持。 In order to improve the rotor speed of domestic semi-automatic rotor spinning frame,combining with the manufacturing technology of Rieter spinning basket R35 and rotor spinning frame JWF1618,the working principle of driving mechanism of high-speed spinning basket is analyzed,the new structure of spinning basket is designed and the three-dimensional model is established.The software of Creo Parametric is used to interference check and simulation analysis of mechanism motion,the rationality of the structural design scheme is verified.It is pointed out that the innovative design of spinning basket for the high-speed semi-automatic rotor spinning frame combining the Rieter spinning basket R35 and the rotor spinning frame JWF1618,it can effectively shorten the designing process,save the designing time and reduce the cost of trial production.The structure of the new spinning basket is driven by indirect bearing with double rolling disks and the motor is driven separately,and the rotor speed can reach 150 kr/min,which can provide the design scheme and technical support of core components of semi-automatic rotor spinning frame under the condition of joint at low-speed and spinning at high-speed.
