2020年12月30日,《中欧全面投资协定》历经7年35轮,如期完成谈判,《中欧全面投资协定》对标国际高水平经贸规则,着眼于制度型开放,是一项平衡、高水平、互利共赢的协定,包括市场准入、公平竞争、可持续发展、争端解决等内容,推动了中欧全面合作伙伴关系迈上新台阶和新高度。
After 35 rounds of talks,China and the European Union(EU)have completed their investment agreement negotiations as scheduled.It is highly valued for substantially improving market entry,eliminating discriminatory requirements and practices for foreign investors,establishing a balanced investment protection framework,and including provisions on investment and sustainable development and the settlement of disputes.It marks a solid step towards forging a closer and more productive China-EU comprehensive cooperative partnership.
