摘要
党外知识分子是我国政治格局中的重要力量,在国家治理中发挥着不可忽视的功能和作用。而高校历来是党外知识分子的集聚之地,是党外人才的聚集地,智力资源优势十分明显。但是要做好党外知识分子的工作还存在很多问题,本文从新时期高校党外知识分子思想政治教育的意义和所存在的问题进行分析,并提出针对性和实效性的解决方法。
Non-Party intellectuals are an important force in China’s political structure and play a non-negligible function and role in state governance.The university has always been a gathering place for intellectuals outside the Party,and it is a gathering place for talents outside the Party.The advantages of intellectual resources are very obvious.However,there are still many problems in the work of intellectuals outside the Party.This paper analyzes the significance and problems of the ideological and political education of non-Party intellectuals in colleges and universities in the new era,and proposes targeted and effective solutions.
