摘要
目前,对于市场主流应用的固体电蓄热锅炉的研究已经趋于成熟化和规范化。现有一种新型换热管接触换热的固体蓄热锅炉。由于其加热和换热装置都布置在蓄热体中,蓄热和换热过程中热量的交换和传递更加复杂。该传热过程为:加热点i中放置的加热元件k通电产生的热量通过蓄热体的导热传递给换热装置j,以满足换热装置中工质的需热量。鉴于传热的复杂性,采用根据不同换热装置热负荷大小分割蓄热体单元的方式,对固体蓄热系统加热元件与换热装置不同布置方式下传热规律进行分析并求解。
At present,research into solid state electric thermal storage boilers for mainstream market applications has matured and become standardised.A new type of solid heat storage boiler with contact heat exchange by heat transfer tubes exists.As its heating and heat exchange devices are arranged in the heat storage body,the exchange and transfer of heat in the heat storage and heat exchange process is more complex.The heat transfer process is as follows:the heat generated by energising the heating element k in the heating point i is transferred to the heat exchange device j through the thermal conductivity of the heat accumulator in order to meet the heat demand of the working mass in the heat exchange device.In view of the complexity of heat transfer,this paper adopts the way of dividing the accumulator unit according to the size of the heat load of different heat exchangers,and analyses and solves the heat transfer law under different arrangements of heating elements and heat exchangers of solid heat storage systems.
