摘要
根据河钢乐亭项目整体要求,建设了综合智能化料场。介绍了综合智能化料场的原料受卸系统、贮料系统、混匀系统等。在设计中采用了先进的环保封闭储存技术,先进的装备技术及数字化综合原料场管理技术,建设了智能化、无人化的综合环保料场,实现了料场与码头的无缝衔接。
According to the requirements of the HBIS Laoting project,a comprehensive and intelligent material yard has been built.This paper introduces the material receiving and unloading system,storage system and blending system of the comprehensive intelligent material yard.In the design,advanced environmental protection closed storage technology,advanced equipment technology and digital integrated raw material yard management technology are adopted,and an intelligent and unmanned integrated environmental protection yard is built,which realizes the seamless connection between the yard and the wharf.
