选取2020年和2021年最高人民法院发布的海事审判典型案例进行评析,具体涉及海洋自然资源与生态环境损害赔偿纠纷、船舶触碰责任纠纷、海上保险合同纠纷、光船租赁担保合同纠纷、船舶抵押借款合同纠纷、船舶建造佣金合同纠纷、船舶建造合同纠纷、海事请求保全、海上人身损害责任纠纷、非法捕捞的海事刑事、海事行政处罚决定及复议决定、养殖设备建造合同纠纷、海事强制令、海上货物运输合同纠纷、海事强制执行、申请承认和执行外国仲裁裁决、申请设立海事赔偿责任限制基金案和船员劳务合同纠纷。
The typical cases are selected and analyzed from maritime trials issued by the Supreme People's Court of China in 2020 and 2021.These cases relate to disputes over compensation for marine natural resources and ecological damage,liability for ship's collision,marine insurance contracts,guarantee contracts for bareboat chartering,ship mortgage contracts,commission on ship building contracts,shipbuilding contracts,maritime claim preservation,liability for maritime personal injury,maritime crime on illegal fishing,maritime administrative penalty decisions and reconsideration decisions,sea farming equipment construction contract,maritime injunction,contract of carriage of goods by sea,maritime enforcement,applications for recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitration award,applications for establishment of maritime liability limitation fund and crew labor contract.
