摘要
骨料嵌锁型混凝土是一种高骨料含量混凝土,具有良好力学性能、体积稳定性以及抗渗性.为了探明较长龄期对骨料嵌锁型混凝土力学性能及抗冻性的影响,采用抛填骨料工艺制备了3种强度等级的骨料嵌锁型混凝土,研究了抛填骨料工艺所制备的骨料嵌锁型混凝土与普通混凝土的长期力学性能以及冻融后的差异.结果表明:骨料嵌锁型混凝土的长期抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度普遍优于普通混凝土,但抛填骨料工艺对低强度等级混凝土的抗压强度提升效果更为显著.根据不同侵蚀溶液环境下的质量损失和相对动弹性模量,骨料嵌锁型混凝土的冻融破坏速率大于普通混凝土,但提升浆体的抗冻性可减少骨料体积分数变化对混凝土抗冻性的影响程度.
Aggregate-interlocking concrete is a kind of concrete with high aggregate content,and it possesses good mechanical properties,volume stability and impermeability.In order to figure out the effect of long-term age on mechanial properties and frost resistance of aggregate-interlocking concrete,three strength grades of aggregate-interlocking concrete are prepared by distributing-filling coarse aggregate(DFCA)process,and the long-term mechanical properties and frost resistance of aggregate-interlocking concrete prepared by DFCA process are investigated in comparison with the ordinary concrete.The results show that the long-term compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of aggregate-interlocking concretes are generally superior to that of the ordinary concretes,but DFCA process has more significant improvement on the compressive strength of low-strength concrete.According to the mass loss and relative elastic dynamic modulus under different erosion solutions,the degradation rate of aggregate-interlocking concrete is higher than that of the ordinary concrete,but when the frost resistance of cement paste is enhanced,the influence of aggregate volume fraction on the frost resistance of concrete can be minimized.
