摘要
某发电厂9F级燃气机组主蒸汽管道发现多处支吊架状态异常,通过对故障支吊架载荷进行测量,应用CAESARⅡ软件对管系实际应力进行计算,采用应力测试仪对管系应力进行现场检测,发现当管系支吊架大量存在异常时,管系应力增大,管道安全风险增大。通过制定科学合理的调整方案,处理故障支吊架,有效降低了管系应力,使管系载荷分配更加合理,机组运行更加安全稳定。
Several abnormal supports and hangers are found in the main steam pipe of 9 F-class gas-fired generating unit in a power plant.Through the measurement of the load of the fault supports and hangers,the actual stress of the pipe system is calculated by CAESARⅡsoftware,and the stress of the pipe system is tested on site by the stress tester.It is found that when a large number of pipe supports and hangers are abnormal,the stress of pipe system increases,and the risk of pipe safety increases.By making a scientific and reasonable adjustment scheme and dealing with the fault supports and hangers,the stress of pipe system is effectively reduced,the load distribution of pipe system is more reasonable,and the operation of unit is more safe and stable.
